Frenchie cuisine is a cuisine that is open to the world, inspired by Gregory’s different travels, and in particular by the three gastronomic capitals where he have lived, and which have given a sense to and left their mark on his cuisine.

This cookbook, published in 2017 by Editions Ducasse, was awarded that year’s Prix Champagne Collet du livre de Chef, a book prize for chef-created volumes.
