Frenchie cuisine is a cuisine that is open to the world, inspired by Gregory’s different travels, and in particular by the three gastronomic capitals where he had lived, and which have given a sense to and left their mark on his cuisine.
This cookbook, published in 2017 by Editions Ducasse, was awarded that year’s Prix Champagne Collet du livre de Chef, a book prize for chef-created volumes.
Our team from London and Paris worked hand in hand with French graphic designer Capucine Gougelet to create Frencie's first tote bag representing our Frenchie Family on each side of the channel.
